As a member you are rewarded every time you shop with us. It is our way of saying thank you for your trust when you choose one of life's biggest gifts at Emmi & Co.
Membership is free and is created automatically as soon as you create a customer account.
How it works
Example: You buy for DKK 10,000 as a Silver member. When the order has been shipped or collected, you get DKK 200 (2%) in store credit, which you can use on your next purchase.
VIP levels
The more you shop with us, the more benefits you get — automatically, based on your total purchases over time.
Silver
All members start here. 2% store credit on all purchases, an invitation to our exclusive loyalty club events and a greeting on your special day.
Gold — from DKK 25,000
3% store credit, a free annual cleaning and inspection of your jewellery, as well as early access to new collections and priority places at our events.
Platinum — from DKK 60,000
4% store credit, everything from Gold plus VIP access to events, a personal styling session and a special gesture on your special day.

As a member you are invited to private events you will not find anywhere else: private preview evenings when we launch new collections, styling sessions in the showroom, and cosy member evenings with a glass of bubbles and good advice on everything from ring size to care.
We send the invitations directly to your email as soon as something is on the calendar — all you need to do is be a member.

Does it cost anything to be a member?
No, membership is free and is created automatically when you create a customer account with us.
When can I use my store credit?
The DKK 100 welcome bonus is ready straight away once the account has been created. Store credit from a purchase is only added once the order has been shipped or collected from us, and can be used on your next purchase. Remember to be logged in when you shop.
Do I get store credit on my first purchase?
No. Store credit from a purchase cannot be used on that same purchase, because it is only added once the order has been shipped or collected. On your first purchase you can instead use the DKK 100 welcome bonus, if you created an account before you shopped. The purchase itself gives store credit for your next purchase.
I have not received my DKK 100 welcome bonus
The welcome bonus is given when you create a new customer account, and only applies to customers who have not shopped with us before. If you had already shopped as a guest before you created the account, you will not receive it.
Do showroom purchases also give store credit?
Yes, but only if your customer account is linked to the purchase. Let us know when you shop with us, and we will take care of it.
Does the store credit expire?
No, your store credit does not expire and can be used whenever it suits you.
Where can I see my balance?
Log in to your customer account, and you can always see your current store credit and VIP level under "Store credit".
How do I move up a level?
Your level is calculated automatically based on your total purchases with us over time — you do not need to do anything yourself.
Which events can I be invited to?
It varies — typically private preview evenings for new collections, styling sessions and cosy member evenings in our showroom. We send the invitation directly by email to all active members as soon as something is on the calendar.
