Questions & Answers
Do I need to book an appointment in advance?
Odense: You are always welcome to visit and experience the showroom during our opening hours. If you would like our full attention and a time dedicated specifically to you, we recommend booking in advance.
Copenhagen: In Copenhagen, we welcome visitors by appointment only, allowing you time, calm and our full attention during your visit. Please remember to book your appointment before coming.
If you cannot find a time in our calendar that suits you, please feel free to call us, and we will find a time together.
Does it cost anything to visit the showroom?
A showroom visit with us is, of course, free of charge. We welcome you in calm surroundings and guide you carefully through the selection, so you can feel the quality, see the details and find the piece that is just right for you.
Meanwhile, we will treat you to a glass of bubbles or a cup of coffee, which you can enjoy while trying on the jewellery.
Can I see and try on all jewellery in the showroom?
Yes, you can both see and try on jewellery in the showroom. However, the selection is carefully curated, as most of our jewellery is custom-designed and made to order — allowing each piece to be shaped around you and what you dream of.
If you have a particular style in mind, you are very welcome to send us a little hint before your visit, so we can select pieces that are close to what you are looking for and create the most beautiful setting for your experience.
Can I have a piece of jewellery made especially for me?
Yes — this is our specialty. Together, we find the expression, stone and details that make the design personal and feel just right.
We guide you calmly and carefully through the process, from the first ideas to the finished piece of jewellery.
If you already have a dream in mind, you are always welcome to share inspiration or images with us — then we can create the piece based on your unique vision.
How long does a showroom appointment last?
When you book a showroom appointment, we set aside 45 minutes just for you.
We have intentionally dedicated this time so you can step into calm surroundings and enjoy an experience with space for presence, details and the feeling of making the right choice.
Here, it is all about you: seeing the jewellery up close, feeling the materials, trying on different shapes and finding the expression that feels like yours.
Along the way, we guide you with care and personal advice, making your visit a beautiful, calm moment — a little pause where everything is allowed to revolve around your wishes.
Production time and delivery
Our jewellery is made to order, so each piece is created especially for you. Therefore, custom-designed jewellery has an estimated delivery time of approximately 4-6 weeks. This allows us to ensure exceptional quality every time and create a uniquely tailored piece in exactly your size. If you need a piece of jewellery here and now, please contact us to hear what we currently have in stock. Your jewellery will always be delivered in a jewellery box and gift bag, so whether it is a gift for someone else or for yourself, the experience begins with the packaging.
