Delivery Policy

This delivery policy applies to purchases made from Emmi & Co. through the webshop.

Delivery Area
We deliver to addresses in Denmark. If delivery to other countries is offered, this will be stated separately.

Delivery Method
We ship your order for delivery to a parcel locker/parcel shop, depending on the delivery option you choose at checkout.

Delivery Time
The delivery time for each product is stated on the product page in the webshop. If a product is not in stock, the expected delivery time will be stated on the product page.

Delivery Costs
Any delivery costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Once the Parcel Has Been Delivered
When your parcel has been delivered to a parcel locker/parcel shop, you will typically receive a message from the shipping provider with information about collection. It is your responsibility to collect the parcel within the deadline set by the shipping provider. If the parcel is not collected and is returned to us, additional costs may apply for reshipment.

Incorrect Delivery Information
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery information, including name, address, phone number and any parcel locker/parcel shop details, is correct when placing your order. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect information, additional costs may apply for reshipment.

Damaged Parcels or Missing Delivery
If the parcel is visibly damaged upon collection, we recommend that you document it, for example with photos, and contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been received within the expected delivery time, please contact us at contact@emmiandco.com, and we will help you further.
