Terms of Service
These terms of service apply to purchases and use of Emmi & Co.’s services and webshop.
By completing a purchase, you accept the terms set out below.

General
Emmi & Co. sells jewellery through its webshop and offers advice and custom-made jewellery according to the customer’s wishes.
Ordering
When you place an order in the webshop, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. The agreement becomes binding once you have received the order confirmation.
Prices
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include any applicable taxes under Danish law, unless otherwise stated. Any delivery costs will be shown at checkout before the purchase is completed.
Payment
We offer the payment methods shown in the webshop at checkout. The amount will be charged when the order is completed or when the item is shipped, depending on the chosen payment solution.
Delivery
Delivery is made to the address you provide when placing your order. Delivery time depends on the product type, whether it is an in-stock item or a special order, and will be stated when ordering or agreed separately. The risk for the item passes to you once the item has been delivered.
Special Orders and Custom-Made Products
Special orders refer to products that are made or adapted according to the customer’s specific wishes, such as choice of stone, measurements, engraving, metal type, design or other personal customisation. Special orders are not covered by the right of withdrawal or return. Once a special order has been started, it generally cannot be cancelled.
Right of Withdrawal — Standard Products Purchased in the Webshop
Standard products purchased in the webshop, meaning products that are not custom-made or personally adapted, are covered by the general Danish rules on the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the product. If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you must notify us before the deadline expires. Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, the product must be returned no later than 14 days after delivery/receipt. As a general rule, you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Refund
Once we have received the returned product, or documentation that it has been sent back, we will refund the purchase amount in accordance with applicable Danish rules. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Any reduction in value may be deducted if the product has been handled more than necessary.
Right of Complaint
Purchases are covered by the general Danish rules on the right of complaint. If there is a fault or defect in the product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the problem and preferably photos.
Limitation of Liability
Emmi & Co. cannot be held liable for indirect losses, including operating losses, loss of profit or other consequential damages, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

We process your personal data in connection with purchases and customer service. Please see our privacy policy for further information on how we process personal data.
Complaints
If you wish to make a complaint about a purchase, you are welcome to contact us at contact@emmiandco.com.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will generally be settled by the Danish courts.
Changes
Emmi & Co. may update these terms of service. The applicable version is the one available on the webshop at the time of purchase.
